M3 is performing the electrical scope for a 437,001 SF data center shell building within a larger campus development, delivering the core power and life safety infrastructure required to support future tenant improvements and phased system build-out.
The scope establishes reliable power distribution across the facility, supported by underground infrastructure, including utility vaults, and temporary power to maintain construction progress. Lighting, controls, and low-voltage pathways are installed throughout, creating a flexible foundation for future systems.
M3 is also providing a design-build fire alarm system, fully coordinated with project requirements. A semi-concealed lightning protection system with grounding is included to protect critical infrastructure and support long-term performance.
Work is executed with a strong focus on coordination, ensuring alignment with structural systems and maintaining schedule in a fast-paced, multi-building environment.
