M3 is performing the electrical scope for supporting buildings within a larger data center campus, including a guard shack and a warehouse with integrated office space. These buildings support operations, storage, and access control for the campus.
The electrical scope includes establishing power and lighting systems across each structure, supported by site infrastructure, including underground duct banks, grounding, and lightning protection. Pathways are also provided for low-voltage systems, creating a connected and functional environment aligned with overall campus requirements.
M3 is also providing design-build fire alarm systems that are fully coordinated to meet life safety requirements.
Work is executed with a strong focus on coordination across both building and site infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration within a fast-paced, multi-building campus environment.
