M3 is performing the electrical scope for the tenant improvement of administrative office space within a 428,500 SF data center facility, delivering power and lighting systems across three levels to support day-to-day operations within the building.
The scope includes power distribution, lighting, and controls throughout the office areas, along with pathways to support all low-voltage systems. Work is designed to create a functional and flexible environment while aligning with the existing base building infrastructure.
Electrical systems are coordinated across three floors, requiring careful integration with structural and architectural elements, as well as existing building systems, to ensure seamless installation within an active facility.
Execution is driven by a strong focus on coordination and minimal disruption, allowing work to progress efficiently within a fast-paced, multi-building campus environment.
