M3 MEP performed design-build plumbing services for this Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Clinic in Roseville, CA. The building consists of two building areas, the clinic side in the north and the ASC side in the south. M3 MEP installed a complete plumbing system involving underground waste, overhead water & vent, and rooftop gas piping for all RTU’s. Medical gas piping was installed for three (3) operating rooms and a multitude of recovery rooms as well as setting the vacuum pump as gas manifolds.
