M3 performed the mechanical and plumbing scope for a tenant improvement in a multi-tenant 2-story building for Sierra Nevada Corp, an Aerospace and Defense Contractor. The project will expand the existing space into an adjacent warm shell tenant suite to house a closed lab area. M3 installed a ductless split system, (2) waveguides, and condensate piping for water source heat pumps (WSHP). M3 relocated (3) WSHP’s and provided a complete HVAC system including dampers, registers, accessories, and grilles. M3 also insulated ductwork, hydronics, and refrigerant lines as needed. Due to the high security nature of the site, M3 was not allowed to bring in any electronics.
