Mark III performed a complete 12,000 SF tenant improvement build-out for this OSHPD 1 certified building. This project included a new 600 amp meter section and back-up generator, utility power distribution, emergency power distribution, a 400 amp automatic transfer switch, complete lighting with lighting control, a fire alarm system, and two (2) large lab rooms with lab equipment wired for all receptacles. Additionally we installed eight (8) HVAC units, four (4) split systems, and five (5) exhaust fans. Our team completed all pathways for data and access controls.
