This project involved replacing 14 rooftop HVAC units, relocating and replacing several exhaust fans, and replacing ductwork as necessary. It also included installing new above-ground and below-ground chilled water piping for the new units, along with modifications to the natural gas and condensate piping systems. Additionally, M3 MEP fabricated and installed new curb flashing. The scope also covered the installation of new raceways, wiring, and control devices.
