Mark III utilized all MEP trades to transform (2) 7,000 SF shell buildings into fully operational medical and dental healthcare facilities for United Healthcare in Fresno, CA. The mechanical scope of work included the installation of a new VRF system. The plumbing scope of work included med gas and other dentistry systems. The electrical scope of work included the installation of isolated backup generators to each independent building. This project also included kitting – we utilized our plumbing trade specialist on our virtual construction team to create plumbing in-wall assemblies.
