Mark III performed the plumbing design/assist for this medical facility in Vacaville. The project included an all new ground-up building and the build out of a three-story 120,000 SF OSHPD 3 certified medical office building. The shell of the building primarily consisted of tilt-up concrete panels to house a clinic program, fitness program, multi-purpose center, and therapy pool all under one roof. Mark III fully modeled, detailed, and fabricated the hot/cold water systems.
