Mark III’s scope of work for Apple’s Elk Grove based cafeteria project includes mechanical and plumbing. The facility expansion will consist of nearly 10,000 SF for a new kitchen and dining area. This project includes the installation of (2) new make-up air AC units, (3) new rooftop units, (3) split systems, and new ductwork throughout the dining area. In addition, Mark III will provide and install the specialty exhaust fans, dampers, registers, grilles, and new grease duct for a complete HVAC system in the kitchen area.
The Mark III plumbing team is supporting this project by running new gas lines, providing additional roof overflow drains, and installing all new drain, waste, and vent piping; as well as domestic cold and hot water lines. This work includes 1,800 LF of underground and 4,000 LF of above-ground pipe installation.
