Mark III performed an extensive remodel to an existing 6,700 SF building for this OSHPD-3 certified project. All building systems were completely removed and replaced. Plumbing scope included waste, vent, water, natural gas, air, and vacuum piping. HVAC included removal of existing RTU’s and installation of new RTU package units, installation and insulation of all ductwork and refrigeration lines. Electrical scope included all new power, lighting, lighting controls, and nurse call systems along with the installation of a 20kw roof mounted natural gas generator.
