University of the Pacific – School of Dentistry Clinical Building Upgrades

M3 MEP provided the plumbing scope for the design-build of a 33,000 SF build out in support of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. The building included 34 dental operatories, simulation labs, teaching spaces, several exam rooms, consult spaces, and a 4,000 SF ambulatory surgery suite.

M3 worked with RCP and LP Consulting to provide complete plumbing design drawings. The construction scope of work included the install of various plumbing systems including hot water, waste and vent, indirect waste, storm drain, and fuel piping. M3 provided plumbing fixtures and piping connections as necessary for complete systems. Fixtures installed throughout the building included, medical vacuum pumps, medical air compressors, dental air compressors, compressed air wall boxes, pressure sensors, natural gas valves, and varying sinks in the exam rooms, laboratories, and decontamination rooms.
