This project was an upgrade of an existing vacant warehouse to an indoor agricultural grow facility. Mark III upgraded the building’s main electrical service and power systems. Additionally, Mark III installed new HVAC units, plumbing, and an extensive lighting system to support new grow rooms and processing areas. Using the Mark III’s multi-trade advantage, this project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule, taking only 14 weeks from start to finish.
