Mark III delivered plumbing, hydronic piping, HVAC, and fire sprinkler work on a 4200 SF processing room addition to an existing Nestle facility in Modesto, CA. The plumbing scope included overhead plumbing pipe and underground polypropylene drainage piping with Rionfuse Electrofusion Fittings. Mark III fabricated and installed stainless-steel p-traps required for the stainless-steel drainage fixtures that tied into the acid waste polypropylene drainage pipe. The hydronic scope included high pressure steam, steam traps, condensate return, pumped condensate return, chilled water supply/return, and glycol. The HVAC scope included (1) custom AHU, HVAC power ventilator, rigid duct, and fabric duct.
