M3 performed the mechanical and plumbing scope for the design-build improvements of an existing building for UCDH Fleet Services. The mechanical scope included the furnish and install of (3) package units, (8) VAV Single duct terminal units, (3) ductless split systems, (13) exhaust fans, (2) exhaust hose reels, a welding snorkel, and ductwork, spiral, rectangular, flex as required. M3 also provided controls (including CO & NO2 gas monitoring system) as well as manual volume dampers, registers, grilles, and accessories as needed for a complete HVAC system.
The plumbing scope included the installation of (3) floor-mount water closets, (3) wall-mount lavatories, a single compartment, valve box, high/low drinking fountain, wash fountain, shower valve and drain, eye wash stations, mop and floor sink, no-freeze hose bibs, a 50 gallon hybrid electric water heater, circulation pump for hot water return system, and a 120 gallon 20 hp air compressor.
