This project scope included the installation of a steam boiler, steam, and steam condensate return for a clean-in-place (CIP) system for a food processing plant in Oakland, CA. Mark III was responsible for a custom fabricated sterile process sink with hose stations, the installation of an air compressor, and associated process piping to bring compressed air to numerous pieces of pneumatic food processing equipment (CW/HW/SW). Additionally, we installed (2) RTUs in process/packaging areas and a dozen rooftop exhaust fans with stainless process exhaust ductwork.
