M3 performed the design-build mechanical and plumbing scopes for (4) new concrete tilt-up buildings (A-D), each designed to accommodate warehouse and speculative office use.
The mechanical scope included the installation of complete HVAC systems for both the warehouse and office areas. This encompassed rooftop units, exhaust fans, ductwork, diffusers, and controls.
The plumbing scope involved installation of domestic hot and cold water distribution systems, sanitary waste and vent piping, and storm systems using roof drains and vertical stacks. Plumbing infrastructure included floor drains, floor sinks, and trench drains, all supported by trap primers with access panels. Wall-mounted and rooftop hose bibbs with vacuum breakers were provided throughout, and water heaters were installed to serve the office areas. M3’s MEP Manufacturing facility prefabricated domestic cold water risers to streamline installation, improve quality control, and enhance field efficiency
