M3 provided the complete plumbing design and construction for the build-out of 28.4k SF of office and laboratory space within an existing building. M3’s design included coordination of meetings with the design team, equipment submittals up to city permits, and any plan changes from plan check comments. The scope for this project included hot and cold water, drain, sewer waste, lab waste, vent, roof drain, condensate, and compressed air piping.
