M3 provided mechanical and plumbing services for Los Banos Police Station’s new 26,360 SF headquarters and 1,150 SF impound building. The mechanical scope included 77 tons of HVAC equipment consisted of gas/electric package units, ductless split systems, exhaust fans, louvers, gravity vents, and controls. The plumbing scope included underground sewer, overhead water line, and restrooms complete with necessary pipework and valves.
