Mark III performed the mechanical scope on this 11,000 SF plastic surgery center TI which has (6) exam rooms, (2) high-end procedure rooms, and other ancillary areas. The mechanical system installed is a Daikin/Addison ducted VRF system which was designed because of its high efficiency and ability to fit in a tight above ceiling space.
