Mark III provided design-build plumbing services for the 708,000 SF Ghirardelli Chocolate Distribution Center in Tracy, CA. This project included underground plumbing systems, a storm drain system, a Victaulic stainless-steel domestic water system, and the plumbing buildout of a 35,000 SF tenant improvement.
