Mark III provided mechanical and plumbing services to support a tenant improvement at Frito Lay in Modesto, CA. This project included the installation of (28) HVAC roof top units with new ductwork, eight (8) HVLS fans, new louvers, and wall heaters. It also included new mechanical piping including gas lines, compressed air lines, boilers, compressed air equipment, domestic water, waste/vent, and new employee restrooms.
