Swinerton partnered with Mark III for this TOCA project consisting of (2) separate buildings on the Sonoma State Campus. The scope included the furnishing and installation of (39) VAV single duct terminal units at Schulz Hall and (20) single duct terminal units, and (1) exhaust fan at Salazar Hall, both with associated reheat coils and hydronic piping. Additionally, ductwork, spiral, rectangular, manual dampers, registers, grilles, and accessories were furnished and installed as required for a complete HVAC system at both buildings. The team finished the project with a complete startup and test and balancing of all newly installed HVAC equipment.
