Mark III provided the labor and material for (6) ground-up buildings within an active prison setting in support of the Health Care Facility Improvement Program (HCFIP). HVAC and hydronic piping work was completed within five (5) health care buildings and one (1) education facility for inmates. One (1) of the healthcare buildings was OSHPD Level 1 certified. Mark III delivered new package and custom air handling units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, split systems, all ductwork, welded security bars and grilles, high pressure steam, condensate return, boilers, mechanical skids, heat exchangers, and associated mechanical piping.
