Mark III performed the design-build plumbing and heating for a luxury residence in Martis Camp near Truckee, CA. The scope included high-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures and an in slab radiant floor heating system throughout. The radiant floor system consisted of a condensing boiler, several manifolds, and PEX in slab piping. Special care was taken to design the plumbing systems with winterization and freeze protection capabilities.
