Mark III’s work was in support of the customer’s new 60,000 SF plant to produce carbon fiber sheets. This project included 13,000 SF of new office/warehouse space and a 4,275 SF new maintenance building. The piping work was 100% BIM modeled by our virtual construction team and prefabricated in our MEP Manufacturing Facility. Mark III fabricated all of the piping including 1”-3” stainless steel TIG welded demineralized water piping, 2”-3” stainless steel bi-carbonate piping, ¾”-4” galvanized compressed air piping, 1-1/2” – 3” copper nitrogen piping, ¾” -4” natural gas piping as well as installation of all instrumentation and tubing.
