Mark III performed the design-build construction for a Syngenta research facility in Woodland, CA, including plumbing and fire alarm systems. The plumbing scope included the installation of plumbing systems to nine greenhouses and other facility structures. The fire alarm scope included a 60,000 gal storage tank with a fire pump, fire hydrants throughout the site, and fire sprinkler systems throughout the office and pathology buildings. Additionally, our team designed and installed the site propane, site domestic water, a process waste lift station, and reverse osmosis distribution to all buildings.
