This project included a full design-build for electrical and plumbing systems on a 20,000 SF four-story mixed-use building. The 2nd and 3rd floors included professional offices with retail spaces at the ground level. Mark III worked closely with the owner and design team to come up with the most cost-effective solutions for the shell and interior spaces. The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces made this project truly unique. The plumbing scope included over 600 linear feet of exterior trench drains while the exterior lighting highlighted the various architectural features of the building.
