Mark III managed all MEP trades for the tenant improvement of a warehouse in Sacramento, CA. This project included framing for two (2) 16’ grow rooms, two (2) 9’ flower rooms, a vestibule, a restroom, and HVAC penetrations through the existing walls. Mark III also implemented an electrical service upgrade, grow room power and lighting, new HVAC units, a new restroom with underground plumbing, and exposed duct throughout.
