This project is located within the Contra Costa Logistics Center, which spans approximately 2.2 million square feet across ±143 acres. The center offers onsite BNSF rail service and a dedicated highway on-ramp at SR-160 and Wilbur Avenue, providing unmatched transportation and distribution access in the region.
M3 completed work on two new concrete tilt-up shell building with dock doors, grade-level doors.
Building 1: M3 provided and installed the complete HVAC system, including exhaust fans, fire dampers, louvers, and electric heaters.
Building 2: M3 performed both HVAC and plumbing scopes. HVAC included exhaust fans, fire dampers, louvers, and electric heaters. Plumbing scope included floor drains, trap primers, wall access panels, and standard and rooftop hose bibbs.
