Mark III’s phase 1 scope of work included a full electrical retrofit of an existing 856K SF building to meet Ross Stores, Inc. distribution standards. The project included demolition of existing power, lighting, service equipment, and feeders. The retrofit installation included re-routing existing lighting and power circuits, a new LED lighting system and fixtures, new panel boards, service, and distribution equipment. Additionally, our scope included new HVLS and personnel fans, new dock doors with associated power and lighting for dock positions, and modifications of the existing fire alarm system. We utilized our Trimble operator and device to layout over 800K SF of lighting in the warehouse.

Phase 2 of the project included both plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The mechanical project scope included the modification of existing facility to improve processing efficiencies by installing eight (8) new ATO’s to condition previous rack space as well as a new restroom, open air break rooms, and power service upgrades to accommodate new material handling equipment.
