Mark III provided electrical and low-voltage design-build services for an Amazon warehouse shell in Manteca, CA. The electrical scope of work included the furnish and install of a utility transformer pad complete with joint trench and conduit to (4) different locations; a 4,000-amp 277/480-volt MSB complete with bus duct, panel boards with feeders, and a transformer; and a complete LED lighting package. The scope also included installing (132) double-duplex receptacles, (140) conduit stubs, a junction box, and a fire pump control panel with a jockey pump connection.
Mark III’s low voltage team installed a fire alarm system consisting of a non-proprietary FireLife FACP with 200 addressable points, smoke detector, horn strobe, pull station, serial annunciators, fire risers with switch connections, water flow switch connections, exterior horn strobes for risers, fire pump connections, and a cell communicator.
