He has done an excellent job as an IT Support Technician for the last 5 years and I am excited he is getting recognized this month! Many of us know that we can depend on Shane to help us with our daily IT needs and he does it with a great attitude. He gets the job done and done timely! What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
Teamwork – Because without teamwork nothing will ever get done in a timely manner.
How do our core values play into your everyday role & responsibilities?
Integrity plays a large role in my work and personal life as well. Without integrity what do we really have?
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
This is hard to say because I have had so many. My first proudest moment was when I first started here our cell phone bill was out of control. I spent months auditing our bills and found several reasons why it was so high, and our cell phone bill now is about 50%-60% less. I continue to monitor it to keep it low.
