What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
Teamwork & transparency are my favorite core values, I believe you are only as good as your team. Strong communication and willingness to help out others ensures our success.
How do our core values play into your everyday role & responsibilities?
Our core values have helped me with being able to work with several different personalities. Sharing the same core values improves our communication as a team and ensures we are successful in crushing our goals.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has assisted in my training and development. I have learned new computer skills that allows me to be more efficient at my job.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
I came to Mark III from the Bay Area and it was both challenging and rewarding to learn and succeed in a completely different construction market. Some of my proudest moments are when Mark III has been awarded some of the biggest projects I have estimated.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work, I look forward to watching my son & daughter compete in sports. They play baseball, soccer, and football. I also enjoy going to SF Giants and 49ers games.
Do you have a favorite book, movie, or music genre?
I enjoy the Netflix series Yellowstone, Ozarks, and Breaking Bad. My all-time favorite is The Sopranos. Some of my favorite movies are Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs.
