Congratulations to Lorenzo, M3C project manager, for earning the October 2023 Employee Spotlight.

His extensive manufacturing background, combined with his management and process expertise is helping us set ourselves up for success now and with future growth.  Lorenzo’s focus on innovation and continuous improvement is evident in the way he jumped in with both feet to lead our Stratus software implementation, establish our quality management program, and set up production for our largest manufacturing project to date! What is your favorite M3 core value (teamwork, continuous improvement, integrity, perseverance, excellence), and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?

My favorite M3 core value is “Continuous Improvement.” I resonate with this core value because it encourages us to strive for excellence in everything we do. It’s a reminder that there’s always room for growth and development, both personally and professionally. The commitment to continuous improvement fosters innovation, adaptability, and a culture of learning, which I find incredibly inspiring and motivating.

How do our core values play into your everyday role/responsibilities?

Firstly, “Continuous Improvement” drives me to consistently seek ways to enhance my skills and knowledge, making me more effective in my role. It also encourages me to contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of our team’s performance and processes. “Teamwork” emphasizes collaboration and effective communication, which are essential in my role as it often involves working closely with colleagues to achieve common objectives. “Integrity” guides my decision-making, ensuring that I uphold the highest ethical standards in all my interactions. “Perseverance” motivates me to stay committed to our goals, even in the face of challenges, and “Transparency” reinforces the importance of open communication and honesty, both internally and with our clients. These core values collectively shape my approach to my daily responsibilities, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical conduct within our team and organization.

How has M3 helped you in your career development?

M3 has been instrumental in my career development by providing a nurturing and supportive environment for growth. The company offers various training and development programs that have allowed me to expand my skill set and knowledge base. M3’s commitment to employee development has been a driving force in my professional journey.

What is your proudest moment at M3

My proudest moment at M3 was when I played a pivotal role in implementing a new manufacturing process that will significantly improve our facility’s efficiency and productivity. It was a collaborative effort that aligned with M3’s core values of teamwork and continuous improvement. I strongly believe the impact of our work on the organization and our clients will be truly gratifying.
