Interview
What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
My favorite Mark III core value is teamwork. It’s a very rewarding feeling being a part of a team that works together to meet a common goal.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has been amazing at assisting with career growth. From electrical trainee, journeyman, foreman, and now to estimating. I’m grateful that Mark III has such a large focus on developing and promoting from within.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
One of the moments that really sticks out is the completion of Club 88 at Cache Creek Casino. The project had a very tight schedule and quite a bit of overtime was needed to meet the deadline. It was great to see everything complete on time after all the hard work our team put into finishing it.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love camping, dirt biking, and spending time with family. You could also say I’m a bit of an RC nerd.
