Congratulations to Justin Thompson, mechanical project engineer, for earning the August 2021 Employee Spotlight.

He is always looking out for the team and making sure the field has whatever they need to get the job done. What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role &
responsibilities?
My favorite Mark III core value is teamwork. When an entire team is on one page, from top to bottom, it becomes easier to navigate all obstacles that can come your way during the project. Teamwork also plays into the all core values if the team is in sync.
How do our core values play into your everyday role & responsibilities?
They are the foundation I stand on to help me contribute as best as I can, regardless of the difficulty.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has been a tremendous help in my career development and continues to do be by giving me access to individuals who are willing to show me how to be effective.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
My proudest moment at Mark III was the day I signed my offer letter, and every day since I have been thankful and grateful to be apart of the team.
