What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & 
responsibilities?
My favorite Mark III core value is teamwork. It is good to see everyone working on a project together. A teamwork environment promotes loyalty. I keep my word and build a solid relationship with my project manager and crew. I stay focused and I take responsibility.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has helped me by having trust in me to run multiple jobs at the same time. They all require lots of paperwork and that’s the challenge.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
My proudest moment at Mark III is when my team does good and the project ends successfully! We all win!!
