Jason Silva, electrical division manager, says, “Jesse jumped right in and added immediate value to a large project we have with a confidential client. Jesse was a leader when it came to schedule coordination and worked with the GC to coordinate. Jesse has built trust and respect with the field team and general contractors, and the way he communicates is impressive. He is organized, process, and best practice-driven. Jesse is currently managing a few new projects and I am excited to see him continue to excel in his role. Jesse is focused on the team and continuous improvement. Interview
What is your favorite M3 core value (teamwork, continuous improvement, integrity, perseverance, excellence), and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
Every core value here at M3 has equal importance, but if I had to choose my favorite, it would be integrity. To build trust in any relationship, you need to have the ability to be open, honest and take accountability for your actions. I feel that integrity allows me to be myself during interactions with customers and co-workers and promotes genuine communication with the understanding that we are working towards a common goal. 
How do our core values play into your everyday role/responsibilities?
The core values here at M3 play an important role for me by serving as a guideline on how I conduct myself and perform my everyday responsibilities in the workplace. In my role as a Project Manager, it is important that these core values become entrenched in every task I execute throughout the lifecycle of a project. The M3 core values provide me with a framework for better decision-making, an improved approach to problem-solving, and a solid foundation to build strong and meaningful professional relationships.
How has M3 helped you in your career development?
I have worked at other companies throughout my career where limitations were placed on decision-making, and micro-management was the norm. The organizational culture here at M3 has allowed me to grow in my professional career by allowing me the freedom to utilize my critical thinking skills and instilling trust in me to perform my roles and responsibilities.
What is your proudest moment at M3?
My proudest moment here at M3 was being selected to have a role in a confidential project in Fremont. The project is highly complex, with high-end finishes and installation of technical equipment requiring strict adherence to specifications set by the end user. The complexity of this project and the challenges we faced made it, hands down, the most demanding and fun project I have ever been involved with. This project is an excellent example of perseverance through teamwork, and I am fortunate and proud to be a part of it.
