Congratulations to Michael Frohrib, HVAC foreman, for earning the February 2022 Employee Spotlight. 
Jeremy Vickers, HVAC superintendent, says, “Mike recently moved into a foreman position and has been doing a great job. Mike is excellent at communication and his attention to detail is second to none. While he exhibits all the core values, I would say he excels at teamwork. The way he brought the team together at Faraday and helped lead the HVAC, plumbing and electrical team was awesome. Interview
What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
My favorite core value is Integrity. I think it’s the most important. Integrity is the only thing in life that you, yourself truly own and you, yourself are the only one that can take it away. A high degree of integrity is vital to the successful completion of any project. It drives and strengthens our other core values.
How do our core values play into your everyday role & responsibilities?
Our core values play into my into my everyday roles/responsibilities as the foundation of how we operate. It’s the 5 words that describe our culture at Mark III. Teamwork is absolutely essential, the team is the greatest asset. Innovation is the mindset of how can build better, faster and cheaper, leading the evolution of construction. Integrity is the driver of it all. Work-hard-play-hard, we’re really good at both! Transparency is huge. Full circle communication and the flow of information can expedite production and help us achieve our goals faster.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has been paramount in my career development. As an apprentice with ACTA I was dispatched to Mark III early in my first year. I bought in to the vision and the structure of the company immediately. I proceeded to complete my apprenticeship as a Mark III employee, becoming a Journeyman. Shortly after I was promoted to Foreman. Gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way, I was also supported and encouraged to develop as a construction professional.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
My proudest moment is when I wake up in the morning and put on my Mark III shirt. I’m proud to be apart of this team and it’s another opportunity to be better than the day before.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping. I like playing music – especially the guitar. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and family.
What is your favorite movie and music?
My favorite movie is probably Tombstone. Favorite music is between classic rock and reggae.
