Interview
What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
Integrity. I think if you stay true to yourself and your morals and work hard, good things will happen.
How do our core values play into your everyday role/responsibilities?
Teamwork stands out to me because in construction there is so many moving pieces and you must be able to rely on the people around you. Being a great team player and is key to building successful projects.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III’s trust in me and allowing me the opportunity to grow my career here.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
Seeing many of the guys I have had the pleasure to manage over the years now running work and crews of their own.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I like to get out outside as much as possible, my family and I like to adventure out and explore everything outside the city that California has to offer. One of my current favorite places to go is Moonrocks. We get to spend wholesome time with the kids, drink beer, have bonfires and hit the OHV trails.
Favorite book, movie, music (pick one or all)?
Guilty as I feel, I am not much of a book reader, But I would say one of my all-time favorite movies is Tombstone and I listen to all kinds of music, it just depends on my mood.
