What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?
My favorite Mark III Core Value is teamwork. I always say, “Teamwork makes the dream work”, and it’s true! Our blood, sweat, and tears make it come together. I have a great team, and great leadership, and I truly enjoy working with everyone. Mark III has become a family to me.
How do our core values play into your everyday role/responsibilities?
Teamwork really plays into my everyday role as foreman because I am counting on my team to deliver. I’m like a coach, pumping up my players, putting everyone in the best possible position for success, and delegating responsibilities in order to utilize every individual’s potential.
How has Mark III helped you in your career development?
Mark III has provided several opportunities for professional growth since I came aboard. I’ve received several trainings that were relevant, useful, and helped me to grow as a professional.
What is your proudest moment at Mark III?
My proudest moment at Mark III is when I finish a project. Then onto a bigger one! Each milestone and deadline that my team hits is an accomplishment that I am proud of. Every on time inspection passed is something I’m proud of.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work I love to travel with my family when I have the chance. I’m one of five kids, so we love to road-trip and visit family all over the country.
Favorite movie and show?
Christmas movies are my favorite, and I enjoy watching them with my family. I love Shark Tank !
