We understand that ensuring a safe climate for all our projects begins with careful leadership and ends with a dedicated team. In addition to equipping our employees with proper knowledge, tools, and resources, we know we must empower our people with the responsibility of keeping their teammates safe as well. That is why we give EVERY Mark III employee the authority to halt the performance of any task due to unsafe working conditions and offer extensive internal and external safety training.

Mark III Safety Committee
The purpose of the Mark III Safety Committee is to develop and maintain an engaging culture of health & safety.
Each member is committed to providing the resources and support necessary to maintain a safe work environment so that each of our team members returns home to their families each night. The committee is made up of a diverse force to represent our multiple trades, departments, and locations. Each member of the committee is peer-elected and serves a 2-year term.
Some functions of the Safety Committee include:
- Driving safety initiatives
- Visiting job sites to perform regular safety inspections
- Sending Safety Alerts
- Investigate and implements corrective action of job site near misses/incidents
- Maintain our safety program
