This project is a ground-up, new construction distribution facility consisting of a cold storage, office space and a commercial truck maintenance facility. The electrical scope included new utility infrastructure, main services, added main distribution, lighting and lighting controls and will be a Title 24 compliant project. The electrical portion of the project is being 100% kitted with emphasis on in-wall assemblies, hangers and supports creating significant labor savings on field installation.
