Mark III performed the design-assist for the Museum of Art at UC Davis. Our team attended a design coordination meeting to facilitate fully-coordinated permit and construction documents; researched, proposed, and incorporated VE ideas in the design to achieve the established target value requirements; provided open book cost updates through the design development; provided scheduling info throughout design development; assisted the LEED coordinator in obtaining LEED Gold Certification; and installed plumbing systems for the 45,000 SF art museum. Additionally, Mark III installed all underground site utilities.
