Mark III provided the plumbing scope for a new ground-up 28K SF building for UC Berkeley. The new library facility serves numerous northern California libraries and offers high-density, low-cost storage for over 7.5 million infrequently used library materials. The plumbing scope consisted of roof drainage systems, domestic water, sanitary sewer, fixtures serving the restrooms, and drainage at the fire pump room.
