“[M3’s] proactive planning and execution helped prevent delays while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship… Their hands-on involvement and commitment throughout the duration of the project were evident in their responsiveness, adaptability, and attention to detail. I highly recommend M3 MEP for any plumbing subcontracting needs.”

M3 is proud to perform the plumbing scope for the new South Lake Tahoe Recreation and Aquatic Center. The facility is a brand-new community facility featuring a natatorium, gymnasium, kitchen, locker rooms, offices, and additional support spaces.
The underground scope included 3,000 feet of new sanitary sewer pipe and 1,300 feet of trap primer lines within the building envelope to service both mechanical rooms, restrooms, a cabana area with showers, and the natatorium.
Exterior work included 200 feet of gas line from the meter to existing underground lines and a new 1,500-gallon grease trap servicing the kitchen, complete with heat traced waste lines. Inside the building, M3 installed over 300 floor and water fixtures, 500 feet of trench drainage, 5,500 feet of domestic water piping, 2,400 feet of DWV, 1,400 feet of condensate drains, and (4) mechanical rooms.
This project was fully BIM modeled and leveraged Stratus for prefabrication and kitting for all major plumbing systems.
