Mark III’s plumbing scope for Amazon’s 1.3M SF distribution center includes the installation of (9) restrooms with large carrier water closet systems and (2) guard shacks, totaling (62) toilets with sensor operated flush valves. The project includes domestic water, waste, gas, condensates and additional systems that will service a large stainless steel domestic water loop, large prefabricated welded gas system, and up to 12” diameter roof drain systems. Mark III partnered with Ferguson and Eco Bay Insulation to complete this fast-paced, multi-zoned project that came with an aggressive turnover schedule. With the use of virtual construction and prefabrication, the Mark III team can keep up with the rigorous schedule and meet the projected completion date of July 2021.
