The new Sutter Health Park A’s Clubhouse was a fast-paced design-build project, with a hard deadline to deliver a completed building in just 7 months. M3 partnered with Capitol Engineering to deliver mechanical and plumbing systems that met the needs of a Major League Baseball team.
The mechanical scope consisted of VRF fan coils, branch selectors, along with DOAS units to provide fresh air, HEPA rated air purifying units, split-system AC’s, and exhaust fans.
The plumbing scope consisted of overhead domestic water & overhead waste on the first floor, a mechanical room with a booster pump and (2) water heaters to meet the capacity of player use showers. The second floor consisted of a unique party deck with deck drains laid in concrete, and state of the art kitchen with gas appliances. To speed up the project timeline, M3’s MEP Manufacturing facility prefabricated all OH waste, in-wall kits, OH water, and booster pump skids.
