The plumbing scope included the installation of sinks for the lab office and janitors closet, a new gas line from the meter to the boilers, a new water line for the water heater and sink, the installation of new compressed air lines throughout the warehouse area, the decommissioning of (2) existing chiller units, and the relocation of (1) existing pro-chiller evaporator. Mark III’s electrical team delivered a full electrical upgrade with power to all brewing equipment and lights. Additionally, Mark III performed coring 18ft down for (9) different structural concrete peirs in support of their grain silos.

Mark III’s virtual construction team utilized BIM to model structural supports for the owner-supplied equipment. This project was awarded following the completion of the original buildout of this building in 2015. The customer, ShinMei, has utilized Mark III for multiple projects since.
